INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Exporting/Importing requires proper documentation to ensure that your shipment is delivered without causing unnecessary and expensive delays. In order for University Stores to properly prepare and classify your shipment, please complete the International Shipping Form and attach it to the package.

Information provided by the department will allow Universtiy Stores to complete the required documentation to offer your shipment into commerce.

Examples of required documentation may include:

• Shippers Export Declaration Form
• Commercial Invoice
• NAFTA Certificate of Origin

Shipments of agricultural products and/or plants and seeds may require departments to obtain a photosanitary certificate from the U.S. Department of Agricultural.
